Originally from the Midwest, Craig Kearney brings a strong work ethic, integrity, and a dedication to service to the Southwest Florida real estate market. After relocating to Florida, Craig channels his Midwestern roots and strong family values into helping clients navigate the local home buying and selling process with total confidence.

Before entering real estate, Craig spent 15 years in the financial services and 401(k) industry. This extensive background in finance gives his real estate clients a distinct advantage, as he approaches every transaction with deep financial insight, sharp analytical skills, and a strategic understanding of property investments. Craig holds both a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Marketing and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Drake University.

As a real estate professional with the Integrity 1st Group at eXp Realty, Craig specializes in residential real estate across Cape Coral, Fort Myers, and the broader Southwest Florida region.
