Everything you need to know about membership
Any licensed eXp Realty agent. You don't need to live and work in the Cape Coral area but all trainings are held in our office. Solo agents and agents on any team are welcome. You do not need to be on our team to join the culture center.
Guests may attend select trainings, but Culture Center memberships are for eXp Realty agents only. Members, however, are welcome to bring their clients for meetings, consultations, and closings.
No — The Collective is open to all eXp agents. Professional Access membership does not tie you to a team or split.
Yes, members receive the Cape Coral office address for licensing, marketing, and listings.
Members have access to an easy online booking system to reserve times for podcast recordings, meetings, and training sessions.
We host 4 events every single month. Week one & three: trainings with top producers, vendors, eXp executives, and industry experts. Week two: Slice & Dial. Week Four: Spotlight Night & Awards.
