Jessica “Jessi” James is a Southwest Florida REALTOR® with a passion for helping buyers, sellers, and relocating families confidently navigate the Florida lifestyle. Licensed since 2017, Jessi is known for her honest approach, strong communication, and ability to guide clients through the real estate process with clarity and professionalism.

Originally from the Mid-Atlantic, Jessi was raised crabbing and fishing for rockfish, flounder, tuna, and mahi on the Chesapeake Bay and its estuaries, and off the Atlantic coast of Ocean City, MD. Her background gave her a lifelong appreciation for boating, waterfront communities, and outdoor living — making Southwest Florida feel like home from the start. Now based in Cape Coral, she fully embraces the SWFL lifestyle of boating, fishing, and enjoying everything coastal living has to offer.

Her background in emergency management, combined with local market knowledge, helps clients better understand important factors like waterfront living, insurance considerations, flood zones, and long-term property value when purchasing in Southwest Florida.

Outside of real estate, Jessi serves the community as a member of the Southwest Florida K9 Seach Unit (Search & Rescue) and has years of experience in dog sports. She brings that same dedication, loyalty, and problem-solving mindset into every client relationship.
